I have a whole host of diagnoses that lead to me being a disabled peep and a scholarly background that has given me to tools to pick apart structural ableism and harmful intersections where ableism inherently hurts marginalized people in society. While I want to share my own experiences, I also want to bring attention to how harmful ablism exists in our daily lives, and by re-training how we think about "disability" and "ability" we can start to live a more authentic, truly healthy existence.
